Dataset description

The European Commission has adopted the French map of regional aid areas (RAAs) for the period 2014-2020, as implemented by [Decree No 2014-758 of 2 July 2014 on regional aid areas (RAAs) and investment aid areas for small and medium-sized enterprises](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000029181847&categorieLien=id) as amended by [Decree No 2015-1391 of 30 October 2015](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/jo_pdf.do?numJO=0&dateJO=20151101&numTexte=26&pageDebut=20481&pageFin=20482) and [Decree No 2017-648 of 26 April 2017](https://www.legifrance.gouv.gouv.www.legifrance.gouv. en/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000034503194&dateTexte=&categorieLink=id). It replaces the AFR area map 2007-2013 which expired on 30 June 2014. This new map outlines the areas, conditions and limits within which the State and local authorities will be able to allocate investment and job creation aid to businesses. It determines the maximum rates of investment aid that vary according to the fragility of the territories, in accordance with European rules: * 10% of the cost of productive investments for large companies in mainland France; * 45 to 70% of the cost of productive investments for large companies in the French overseas departments; * Rate subsidies of 10% for medium-sized enterprises and 20% for small enterprises are provided for in each of these areas. AFR areas are eligible until 31/12/2020. You can consult the list of municipalities classified as AFR for the period 2014-2020 on the [site of the Observatory of Territories] (http://www.Observatoire-des-territoires.gouv.fr/Observatoire-des-territoires/fr/zones-daide-%C3%A0-finalit%C3%A9-r%C3%A9gionale). You can then search for your municipality and zoom in on this municipality to appreciate its ranking. For more information see [CGET] (http://www.cget.gouv.fr/).

Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
