Conditions of the campaigns...

The data gathers the contact details and identification of the authorities implementing the financial incentive campaigns to develop short-distance/daily carpooling and the characteristics of these campaigns. A financial incentive campaign is a subsidy paid by a competent local authority (AOM) for car-pooling on its territory. For example, Ile de France Mobilité has in 2023 a financial incentive campaign allowing all holders of a navigo pass to benefit from two free journeys per day as a passenger if the origin or destination of the journey is on the territory of Ile de France. Passengers who do not hold the navigo pass benefit from two journeys at a ticket price of €0.50 for the same journeys. Drivers transporting a passenger by carpooling on a journey of less than 80km made in Ile de France (origin and/or destination) receive a subsidy of between €2 and €4 per passenger transported during a journey. The main campaign conditions available within this dataset are: eligible populations, eligible areas, amount for the driver, ticket price for the passenger, matchmaking platform on which the incentive is available. The conditions of the campaigns make it possible to know the eligibility of a driver/passenger and his journey for a financial incentive and the amount of the incentive to which he is entitled.
