Dataset description

These more detailed data make it possible to produce maps of the evolution of future flows by directly downloading the relevant simulation points for the territory (EPCI, Sage, department or region). Need to make maps or data for a specific simulation point? It's over here. These data were produced by the regional climate energy observatories (RARE network) from the Explore2 projections. **This page groups together datasets for which simulation points are not aggregated by territory.** ### What is the purpose of this data? Objectives of the work of the RARE The aim of this work is to simplify access and synthesize information from Explore2 projections. There is a very large number since the project mobilises a large number of simulation points while using more than a hundred different hydrological projections.  The RARE proposes summarising this wealth of information in two ways:   * By summarising information on all projections: * by multi-model statistics; * or by extracting a few projections representing the diversity of the set of projections: narraTRACC approach; - By facilitating access to information on the simulation points available for a territory either by spatially aggregating the simulation points of a territory or by proposing a direct extraction of the points relevant for a territory  The combination of these 2 approaches gives 4 types of dataset possible on data.gouv.fr for the same indicator (example flood rate). The name of the files reproduces the logic of these combinations by indicating first the type of synthesis of the projections (multimodel statistics or narraTRACC) and then whether the simulation points are aggregated for the territory or not. Example *type\_synthese\_projections\_STATISTICS\_MULTIMODELES\_agregation\_spatiale\_NON\_territory\_SAGE\_debit\_modyen\_annual\_QA\_yr\_ref\_1976\_2005.csv*  ### The data available on this page <br /> **This page groups together the datasets for which the simulation points are not aggregated by territory:** * synthesis of projections with multi-model statistics + details of simulation points; * synthesis of projections with narraTRACC + details of simulation points. These datasets are recommended to carry out maps or further studies on the evolution of flow rates. For a first entry door on the subject, other datasets (with spatial aggregation) are recommended. **More information on these data can be found in the methodological report, which is highly recommended for reading.** The indicators available are: * &#x20;the average annual throughput (annual AQ); * the flood rate (annual QJXA); * the flow rate (annual VCN10); * the duration of the floods; * the duration of the draughts. *The column "indicator calculation period" gives the definition of the period used for the calculation. If it is an annual indicator it gives the start date of the hydrological year, otherwise it mentions the beginning and end of the period (for summer, winter etc).* ### Warning for large territories (regions, departments)  **A narraTRACC game will also hardly be relevant for all these large territories.** A more precise study on the representativeness of the different narraTRACCs at the level of your territories, which could not be carried out here, should therefore be carried out. When making maps of the territory by multi-model statistic (example q05, median, q95), it must be borne in mind that spatial variability has no physical coherence. Depending on the simulation points, the statistics will not correspond to the same projections. To have a physically coherent representation in space for a thorough study, it is necessary to go through the narraTRACC.

Questions before production use

Practical answers on evaluation, licensing, freshness, versioning and support.

api.store is built and operated by Apitalks s.r.o. Company details and a direct contact path are linked in the footer for vendor checks and procurement review.
Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
