Dataset description

The attrition rate corresponds to the maximum legal interest rate that credit institutions are allowed to charge when granting a loan; granting a usurious loan or helping to grant a usurious loan is an offence punishable by imprisonment. The wear rate is intended to protect borrowers. The Banque de France is in charge of the quarterly calculation of the wear rate, the calculation methods of which are defined by the Consumer Code. This dataset contains, on the one hand, all the links to all ministerial notices published in the Official Journal since 1 January 2005 determining the thresholds of wear and tear in force and, on the other hand, all these rates for consumer credits (also called "cash credits" in these texts)

Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
