Das Modell ist im Jahr 2010 (AutoCAD-Modul DGM) erstellt. Beinhaltet das 3D-Höhenlinienmodell über den geplanten Bereich für das Architekturstadtmodell. Die Höhenlinien sind aus den Laserscanbeflogenen Punkten 10m-Raster im automatischen generierungsverfahren ohne der Berücksichtigung der Bruchkanten erstellt (Befliegung im Jahr 2006 durch das Land NRW). Die Höhenlinien sind 3-dimensional und haben den Höhenabstand 0,5m. Sie sind sinnvoll beschriftet. Die 5m Schritte sind in der roten Farbe abgesetzt. Der Bereich wurde durch die Kacheln für das analoge 3D-Stadtmodell abgegrenzt. Dieser umfasst gesamt den inneren Stadtteil Aachen. Zusätzlich sind die Bereiche in die einzelne Kacheln aufgeteilt B-K; 2-7. Die Höhenlinien sind auf die Kacheln geschnitten und sind in den richtigen Ebenen abgelegt, also nach den Quadranten benannt. In dem Bereich der Kacheln ergaben sich folgende Werte für Höhen: Min: 145m, Max: 264m Koordinatenbezugssystem: ETRS89/UTM
