Administrative regions 1:2 500 000 - as at 31.12.

This dataset provides the administrative areas 1:2 500 000 (VG2500) as at 31.12. for the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany. The data base of the administrative areas (VG) comprises the administrative units of all hierarchical administrative levels from the state to the districts with the respective administrative boundaries, statistical key figures, the name of the administrative units and the specific designations of the administrative levels. The data are divided into state, state, administrative districts and districts. In addition, the dataset includes names of national minorities or regional-language names as well as overviews of administrative units. As at 31.12., it is possible to connect to the federal statistics.
