Der Monatsbericht enthält Daten zur Verarbeitung und zum Handel mit Getreide und Getreideerzeugnissen. Hierzu gehören die Dinkelvermahlung und Herstellung von Dinkelmehl, Vermahlung von Weichweizen und Roggen, Bestände der Wirtschaft sowie die Getreidekäufe der aufnehmenden Hand von der Landwirtschaft. Ferner werden die Daten über die Herstellung von Mehl sowie von Mühlennachprodukten in Handelsmühlen sowie die Vermahlung von Brotgetreide und von Hartweizen in Handelsmühlen dargestellt. Veröffentlicht werden darüber hinaus Daten zur Getreidevermahlung und Mehlausbeute in Handelsmühlen, die Herstellung der Mahlerzeugnisse aus Weichweizen nach Mehltypen sowie der Mahlerzeugnisse aus Roggen nach Mehltypen. Anmerkung: Jahresmeldungen werden im Monat 13 angezeigt. Ist der Wert im Monat 13 leer, sind die Jahresmeldungen im Monat Juni enthalten.
