This is the Web Map Server of DWD.:Probability of Ice Rain/Wet Snow, Criterion: TOT _PREC > 15 mm/6 h & -3°C < T_2M < 1°C Variable FP: probability of occurrence of the criterion in the ICON-EU-EPS. For a warning against wet snow or icy rain, the following criteria must be met: The total precipitation of the preceding six hours shall be greater than 15 mm and the temperature at a height of two metres shall be between -3°C and +1°C. In this temperature range, it is very likely that the precipitation is partially frozen and adheres to pipes and masts when hit.
