Achtungsabstand der Betriebsbereiche nach SEVESO SL (Seveso III Richtlinie, 2012/18/EU). Die europäische Richtlinie 2012/18/EU vom 04.07.2012 (Seveso- III-Richtlinie) dient der Beherrschung von Gefahren bei schweren Unfällen mit gefährlichen Stoffen. Diese mit der Störfallverordnung (12. BImSchV) in deutsches Recht umgesetzte Richtlinie regelt insbesondere die Pflichten von Betreibern besonders gefahrenrelevanter Industrieanlagen. Artikel 13 der Seveso-III- Richtlinie („Land-Use-Planning“ oder passiv planerischer Störfall schutz) nimmt über ein Abstandsgebot zwischen einem Betriebsbereich nach § 3 Abs. 5a BImSchG und verschiedenen Umgebungsnutzungen wie Wohnbebauung oder öffentlich genutzten Gebäuden auf Verfahren der Bauleitplanung Einfluss.
