Im Topographischen Kartenarchiv des Landesamtes für Digitalisierung, Breitband und Vermessung liegen die älteren Ausgaben der Topographischen Karten der Maßstäbe 1:25.000, 1:50.000, 1:100.000, 1:200.000, 1:250.000, 1:500.000 als georeferenzierte Rasterdaten vor. Für die einzelnen Maßstabsbereiche sind folgende Kartenwerke innerhalb der angegebenen Zeiträume verfügbar: 1:25.000: Topographische Karten von Bayern 1:25.000 (ca. 1872 - 1960), Topographische Karten 1:25.000 (ab 1960); 1:50.000: Topographischer Atlas in Halbblättern (1867 - 1960), Deutsche Karte (ca. 1916 - 1927), TK50 (1957 - 2008); 1:100.000: Karte des Deutschen Reiches (ca. 1883 - 1960), TK100 (ab 1950); 1:200.000: Topographische Übersichtskarte TÜK200 (1963 - 1998); 1:250.000: Karte von Südwestdeutschland (1857 - 1956); 1:500.000: Übersichtskarte von Bayern ÜK500 (ab 1971).
