In ausländischer Währung geschuldete und für die Zollwertberechnung anzumeldende Beträge sind mit dem im maßgebenden Zeitpunkt gültigen Wechselkurs in Euro umzurechnen (Artikel 53 Abs. 1 Buchst. A UZK, Artikel 146 UZK-IA). Maßgeblich für die Zollwertberechnung ist der zum Zeitpunkt der Zollwertermittlung geltende Wechselkurs. Die Ermittlung des Wechselkurses für nicht notierte Währungen erfolgt durch die Direktion V der Generalzolldirektion. Die für die Zollwertzwecke im maßgebenden Zeitpunkt anwendbaren Wechselkurse gelten grundsätzlich für den jeweiligen Kalendermonat. Die Aktualisierung der hier angebotenen Datei erfolgt üblicherweise in der Mitte eines jeden Monats für den Folgemonat. Die veröffentlichte Datei enthält alle häufig verwendeten nicht notierten Währungen seit dem 1. Januar 2004 und wird fortlaufend aktualisiert.
