Dataset description

Die Historischen Gebäudereferenzen definieren die genaue Position von über 4 Mio. Gebäuden in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Datenquelle ist das Liegenschaftskataster und somit das amtliche Verzeichnis aller Flurstücke und Gebäude. Die Inhalte des Liegenschaftskatasters beruhen in der Regel auf einer individuellen Vermessung vor Ort und werden durch die Katasterbehörden kontinuierlich aktualisiert. Die Historischen Gebäudereferenzen keine postalischen Informationen (PLZ, postalischer Ortsname, Zusatz zum postalischen Ortsnamen, postalischer Ortsteil) zu den Gebäuden, da diese in Nordrhein-Westfalen nicht Bestandteil des Liegenschaftskatasters sind. Am Ende eines Jahres werden die Datenbestände der Gebäudereferenzen als Zeitschnitte historisiert und bereitgestellt. Die Jahresschnitte sind ab 2016 verfügbar.
