Dataset description

LLUR site proposals for designation as a nature reserve (NSG). The areas meet the qualitative requirements according to Section 23(1)(1) to (3) of the Federal Nature Conservation Act of 29 July 2009 [BGBl. I p. 2542] (last amended 15 September 2017 [BGBl. I p. 3434])in conjunction with Section 13 of the State Nature Conservation Act of 24 February 2010 [GVOBl. Schl.-H. p. 301, ber. p.486] (last amended 13. December 2018 [GVOBl. Schl.-H. p. 773]). Origin of the territorial proposals: National biotope mapping (until 1993) and supplementary NSG proposals of third parties evaluated by the Upper Nature Conservation Authority. Note: The proposals have been incorporated into the landscape planning as far as they are binding on the authorities (see there and attribute "Inventory"). The database is old data (Digitization from 1993 initially on analog maps TK25), the Technically, the DTK25-V does not fit well.
