Service for up-to-date raster data of the Automated Property Map with further information (ALKIS). The property map shows parcels, buildings and other information on a scale of 1:1000. It is an important basis for private, municipal and official planning and helps to guarantee ownership of land. For further information, the results of the official soil estimate are presented. They provide evidence of the yieldability of the soil. For this purpose, legal classifications of areas are determined according to special criteria. The allocation, classification and demarcation is the responsibility of the tax administration of Rhineland-Palatinate (www.lfst-rlp.de). In accordance with Section 14 of the Soil Estimation Act, the soil estimation results must be recorded in the land register. This information is only of a memorandum nature.
