Dataset description

The Law on the Development Plan Bramfeld 7 of 21 October 1963 (HmbGVBl. p. 191), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. p. 494, 495, 496) is amended as follows: 1.The attached "Annex to the Regulation amending the the Law on the Bramfeld 7 Development Plan Law added. 2.In § 2, the following point 5 is added: "5. Retail establishments, with the exception of mail order establishments, are not permitted in commercial areas. By way of exception, retail trade in connection with crafts and manufacturing, as well as trades in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and similarly space-consuming articles, including accessories, or construction materials, tools, gardening equipment or other construction and gardening supplies, shall be permitted to exhibit or store such articles. Excluded from this is the hatched area of parcel 2177 of the district of Bramfeld. The relevant provisions are the Building Use Ordinance as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I, p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I, p. 466, 479). Paragraph 4 shall remain unaffected in this respect."
