ALKIS - Land parcels and buildings (yellow)

Note: Since December 2o24, the LGV has been collecting AFIS/ALKIS/ATKIS data nationwide in the AdV reference version 7.1 in the AFIS-ALKIS-ATKIS application schema (AAA-AS) version 7.1.2. If you have any questions about changes in content, please contact the functional mailbox: geobasisdaten@gv.hamburg.de In the official property register information system (ALKIS®), all data of the property register are merged and maintained in an integrated manner. Thus, data of the former real estate card, the former real estate book and the border proof are included in ALKIS. The basis for ALKIS® is a technical concept developed by the Association of Surveying Administrations of the Federal Republic of Germany (AdV) for the management of all basic data of official surveying (see reference). All federal states have committed to maintain an ALKIS basic database according to this concept. In addition, there are country-specific additional data according to the data model.
