Dataset description

This service shows the public parking space of Hamburg in selected areas. Not included are private parking spaces or parking spaces (e.g. supermarkets, companies, P+R/B+R facilities, other car parks and underground car parks, etc.). For some of these, own services are offered by other publishers. Each parking space or parking space is represented as a single polygon. If the parking spaces are not marked by structural measures or markings, standard dimensions in accordance with BASt (Federal Highway Research Institute) are assumed. Each polygon has a number of attributes. Their characteristic characteristics are recorded or not recorded depending on the real conditions. If there is no value for an attribute, it is usually not displayed either. Most attributes are self-explanatory; for the others, the following explanations: (1) Periods of application of the respective management: These are coded. The first (both) digit(s) indicate the day of the week or a range: 1 = Mondays, 2 = Tuesdays, ... , 7 = Sundays, 15 = Monday to Friday, 16 = weekdays, 17 = daily. The colon is followed by the start and end hours of the period of validity. So the example 16:8_18 means: Management is from Monday to Saturday (= weekdays) from 8 am to 6 pm. If there are several discrete days of validity, e.g. at a weekly market held twice a week, the periods of validity are separated by a semicolon. (2) Marking: Is the parking space marked individually with regard to its size? (3) Number of the assigned parking vending machine location: Not yet recorded or incorrectly recorded (4) Residual area: If the polygon is significantly smaller than a regular parking space, it is marked as a residual area.

Questions before production use

Practical answers on evaluation, licensing, freshness, versioning and support.

api.store is built and operated by Apitalks s.r.o. Company details and a direct contact path are linked in the footer for vendor checks and procurement review.
Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
