Dataset description

--- The compliant INSPIRE-WMS is a view service that delivers data in the INSPIRE target schema Soil (derived from the original data set: Relative sorption strength for heavy metals in the top soil Brandenburg). It provides an overview of the relative sorption strength for heavy metals in the top soil in Brandenburg. The map is based on the legend units of the soil map (BÜK300) with corresponding assignment of parameterized soil forms determined by field and laboratory investigations. For this purpose, the corresponding parameters (soil type, humus content, pH value) were statistically derived for the same horizon-substrate combinations (usually the median value). The sequence of horizon-substrate combinations in the soil forms with their parameters (soil type, humus content, pH value, upper limit of the Go horizon) formed the basis for the calculation of the relative sorption strength for heavy metals (see Methodendokumentation Bodenkunde, Hennings 2000, methods 7.1 to 7.3). The content is compliant to the INSPIRE Data Specification on Soil. The WMS includes the following layers: - SO.SoilBody: A distinct part of the soil cover that is homogeneous in terms of certain soil properties and/or spatial patterns. - SO.sorptionStrengthAluminium: Relative binding strength for aluminium describes the pH-dependent intensity with which dissolved aluminium ions are bound to the soil solid phase. - SO.sorptionStrengthCadmium: Relative binding strength for cadmium describes the pH-dependent intensity with which dissolved cadmium ions are bound to the soil solid phase. - SO.sorptionStrengthCobalt: Relative binding strength for cobald describes the pH-dependent intensity with which dissolved cobald ions are bound to the soil solid phase. - SO.sorptionStrengthCopper: Relative binding strength for copper describes the pH-dependent intensity with which dissolved copper ions are bound to the soil solid phase. - SO.sorptionStrengthIronIII: Relative binding strength for iron (III) describes the pH-dependent intensity with which dissolved iron (III) ions are bound to the soil solid phase. - SO.sorptionStrengthManganese: Relative binding strength for manganese describes the pH-dependent intensity with which dissolved manganese ions are bound to the soil solid phase. - SO.sorptionStrengthNickel: Relative binding strength for nickel describes the pH-dependent intensity with which dissolved nickel ions are bound to the soil solid phase. - SO.sorptionStrengthLead: Relative binding strength for lead describes the pH-dependent intensity with which dissolved lead ions are bound to the soil solid phase. - SO.sorptionStrengthMercury: Relative binding strength for mercury describes the pH-dependent intensity with which dissolved mercury ions are bound to the soil solid phase. - SO.sorptionStrengthZinc: Relative binding strength for zinc describes the pH-dependent intensity with which dissolved zinc ions are bound to the soil solid phase.

Questions before production use

Practical answers on evaluation, licensing, freshness, versioning and support.

api.store is built and operated by Apitalks s.r.o. Company details and a direct contact path are linked in the footer for vendor checks and procurement review.
Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
