Dataset description

Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): The Landesdenkmalbehörde is authorised, by means of an ordinance in consultation with the municipality, to declare certain demarcated areas as excavation protected areas for a limited period or for an indefinite period if there are reasonable grounds to believe that they contain land monuments. (§18(5) SDschG) The State Monuments Authority maintains a list of monuments, which also contains a list of excavation protection areas. (§6(1) SDschG) The list of monuments and their updates must be published in the Official Gazette of the Saarland with regard to excavation protection areas. For their area of responsibility, the municipalities hold a partial list of monuments, monument areas and excavation protection areas available for inspection. (§6(3) SDschG) In excavation protection areas, all work in which soil monuments can be excavated or endangered requires authorisation. Agricultural or forestry use remains permitted to the extent permitted to date. (§10(2) SDschG) Finds that are unowned or that have been hidden for so long that their owner can no longer be determined become the property of the land upon discovery if they have been discovered during state investigations, in excavation protection areas or during unauthorised excavations or if they have a scientific value. Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
