Dataset description

Die Regionalversammlung der Regionalen Planungsgemeinschaft Lausitz-Spreewald hat den sachlichen Teilregionalplan „Grundfunktionale Schwerpunkte“ auf ihrer 55. Sitzung am 17. Juni 2021 als Satzung beschlossen. Mit dem Bescheid vom 28. Oktober 2021 wurde der Teilregionalplan durch die Gemeinsame Landesplanungsabteilung der Länder Berlin-Brandenburg genehmigt. Die Bekanntmachung der Genehmigung erfolgte am 22. Dezember 2021 im Amtsblatt für Brandenburg (ABl. Nr. 50). Der sachliche Teilregionalplan „Grundfunktionale Schwerpunkte“ trifft textliche und zeichnerische Festlegungen zu Grundfunktionalen Schwerpunkten in der Region Lausitz-Spreewald. Die Region Lausitz-Spreewald besteht gemäß § 3 Abs. 2 Nr. 4 des Gesetzes zur Regionalplanung und zur Braunkohlen- und Sanierungsplanung (RegBkPlG) aus den Landkreisen Oberspreewald-Lausitz, Dahme-Spreewald, Elbe-Elster und Spree-Neiße sowie der kreisfreien Stadt Cottbus/Chóśebuz. Grundfunktionale Schwerpunkte sind die funktionsstärksten Ortsteile von geeigneten Gemeinden. Es darf nur ein Grundfunktionaler Schwerpunkt je Gemeinde festgelegt werden. Die als GSP festgelegten Ortsteile erhalten durch die Rechtswirksamkeit des sachlichen Teilregionalplans die im Landesentwicklungsplan Hauptstadtregion Berlin-Brandenburg (LEP HR) vorgesehenen erweiterten Möglichkeiten für die Entwicklung von Wohnsiedlungsflächen und für die Entwicklung des großflächigen Einzelhandels.
