Dataset description

The interoperable INSPIRE dataset contains data from the Lausitz-Spreewald Regional Planning Community on the legally effective factual sub-regional plan of basic functional priorities of the Lausitz-Spreewald region (legal order of 22 December 2021), transformed into the INSPIRE PlannedLandUse scheme. The "Basic Functional Priorities" plan defines and secures basic functional priorities (GSP) in the districts of Dahme-Spreewald, Elbe-Elster, Oberlausitz-Spreewald and Spree-Neiße as well as in the independent city of Cottbus/Chóśebuz. The Regional Planning Association Lausitz-Spreewald is thereby implementing a corresponding mandate of the State Development Plan Capital Region Berlin-Brandenburg (Z 3.3 LEP HR). GSPs are by far the most well-equipped districts (main towns) in a region. Planning incentives are intended to secure facilities for daily needs that go beyond local supply. Against this background, GSP will be given additional development opportunities for residential and large-scale retail facilities. A total of 32 districts are defined as GSP. The dataset is provided via an interoperable display and download service. --- The compliant INSPIRE data set contains data about the factual sub plan for basic functional priorities (GSP) of the Lausitz-Spreewald region (legal ordinance of December 22, 2021) from the regional planning community Lausitz-Spreewald, transformed into the INSPIRE annex schema PlannedLandUse. With this plan, basic functional priorities are defined and secured in the districts of Dahme-Spreewald, Elbe-Elster, Oberlausitz-Spreewald, Spree-Neiße and the independent city Cottbus. Hereby, the regional planning community of Lausitz-Spreewald is implementing a corresponding mandate from the governmental development plan for the capital region of Berlin-Brandenburg (Z 3.3 LEP HR). These GSP are usually the best equipped districts (main towns) within a region. Planning incentives are intended to secure everyday facilities that go beyond the local supply. Against this background, GSP will be granted additional development opportunities for residential building areas and large-scale retail facilities. A total of 32 districts are defined as GSP. The data set is provided via compliant view and download services.

Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
