The interoperable INSPIRE data set contains data from the Lausitz-Spreewald Regional Planning Community on the legally effective Subregional Plan II Extraction and safeguarding of near-surface raw materials of the Lausitz-Spreewald region (legal decree of 26 August 1998), transformed into the INSPIRE PlannedLandUse scheme. The plan includes priority and reserve areas for near-surface raw materials to safeguard the use of gravel, sands, clays, peat and hard rock from adverse uses in the region. The region comprises the districts of Dahme-Spreewald, Elbe-Elster, Oberlausitz-Spreewald, Spree-Neiße and the independent city of Cottbus. The dataset is provided via an interoperable display and download service. --- The compliant INSPIRE data set contains data about Priority and reservation areas for near-surface raw materials of the Lausitz-Spreewald region (legal ordinance of August 26,1998) from the regional planning community Lausitz-Spreewald, transformed into the INSPIRE annex schema PlannedLandUse. The Plan Controls: The Securing of Gravel, Sand, Clay, Peat and Hard Rock in the Region. The region includes the districts of Dahme-Spreewald, Elbe-Elster, Oberlausitz-Spreewald, Spree-Neisse and the independent city of Cottbus.
