Dataset description

The interoperable INSPIRE data set contains data from the Oderland-Spree Regional Planning Community on the legally effective spatial sub-regional plan and basic functional priorities of the Oderland-Spree region (legal order of 27 October 2021), transformed into the INSPIRE PlannedLandUse scheme. The plan "Space structure and basic functional focal points" defines and secures basic functional focal points (GSP) in the districts of Märkisch-Oderland, Oder-Spree and the district-free city of Frankfurt (Oder). The Regional Planning Community Oderland-Spree is thereby implementing a corresponding mandate of the State Development Plan Capital Region Berlin-Brandenburg (Z 3.3 LEP HR). GSPs are by far the most well-equipped districts (main towns) in a region. Planning incentives are intended to secure facilities for daily needs that go beyond local supply. Against this background, GSP will be given additional development opportunities for residential and large-scale retail facilities. A total of 23 districts are defined as GSP. The dataset is provided via an interoperable display and download service. --- The compliant INSPIRE data set contains data about the factual sub plan for basic functional priorities (GSP) of the Oderland-Spree region (legal ordinance of October 27, 2021) from the regional planning community Oderland-Spree, transformed into the INSPIRE annex schema PlannedLandUse. With this plan, basic functional priorities are defined and secured in the districts of Märkisch-Oderland, Oder-Spree, and the independent city of Frankfurt (Oder). Hereby, the regional planning community of Oderland-Spree is implementing a corresponding mandate from the governmental development plan for the capital region of Berlin-Brandenburg (Z 3.3 LEP HR). These GSP are usually the best equipped districts (main towns) within a region. Planning incentives are intended to secure everyday facilities that go beyond the local supply. Against this background, GSP will be granted additional development opportunities for residential building areas and large-scale retail facilities. A total of 23 districts are defined as GSP. The data set is provided via compliant view and download services.

Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
