Dataset description

The interoperable INSPIRE dataset contains data from the Uckermark-Barnim Regional Planning Community on the spatial structure and basic functional priorities of the Uckermark-Barnim region (Legislative Decree of 23 December 2020), transformed into the INSPIRE PlannedLandUse scheme. The "Space Structure and Basic Functional Priorities" plan defines and secures basic functional priorities (GSP) in the districts of Barnim and Uckermark. The Regional Planning Community Uckermark-Barnim is thereby implementing a corresponding mandate of the State Development Plan Capital Region Berlin-Brandenburg (Z 3.3 LEP HR). GSPs are by far the most well-equipped districts (main towns) in a region. Planning incentives are intended to secure facilities for daily needs that go beyond local supply. Against this background, GSP will be given additional development opportunities for residential and large-scale retail facilities. A total of 14 districts are defined as GSP. The dataset is provided via an interoperable display and download service. --- The compliant INSPIRE data set contains data about the spatial structure and the factual sub plan for basic functional priorities (GSP) of the Uckermark-Barnim region (legal ordinance of December 23, 2020) from the regional planning community Uckermark-Barnim, transformed into the INSPIRE annex schema PlannedLandUse. With this plan, basic functional priorities are defined and secured in the districts of Barnim and Uckermark. Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
