Dataset description

Der Datensatz enthält die geografische Zuordnung von Straßen und Plätzen im Land Berlin zu den in der Sondernutzungsgebührenverordnung (SNGebV) definierten Wertstufen. Die Wertstufeneinteilung erfolgt von I bis IV, wobei die Wertstufe I mit der höchsten, Wertstufe IV mit der niedrigsten Gebühr verbunden ist. Diese Einstufung bestimmt die Gebührenhöhe für Sondernutzungen wie z.B. für Werbeanlagen. Grundlage ist die städtebauliche und wirtschaftliche Bewertung der Lage gemäß Anlage 2 zur SNGebV.
