Der Geodatensatz enthält die statistische Auswertung des Stadtradeln-Wettbewerbs in der Stadt Freiburg vom Jahr 2024. Verfügbar ist die Anzahl der Fahrten je Richtung, die Anzahl der Fahrten je Streckenabschnitt und eine Heatmap des Radverkehrs. Die Daten sind "Open Data". Bei der „Heatmap“ werden die aufgezeichneten GPS-Punkte der Radfahrten dargestellt. Die Darstellung funktioniert wie das Bild einer Wärmekamera, je „wärmer“ (rote Farben) die Darstellung ist, desto mehr Punkte wurden an dieser Stelle aufgezeichnet. Ist ein Ort als besonders „warm“ dargestellt, wurden an dieser Stelle viele GPS-Punkte übermittelt. Dies kann zwei verschiedene Ursachen haben: 1) Besonders viele Personen passieren dieser Stelle. 2) Wenige Personen verweilen besonders lange an dieser Stelle.
