The labour market in the context of demographic change

Among other factors, such as economic developments or the coronavirus pandemic, demographic change also has a direct impact on the labour market. To this end, the following four chapters set out important indicators of population development in relation to persons subject to social security contributions in their place of residence (“SvB”), the unemployed (“Alo”) and persons entitled to working benefits (“ELB”).
