Der Datensatz enthält Referenzparzellen aus Thüringen, die in das INSPIRE-Datenmodell "Land Parcel Identification System (LPIS)" transformiert wurde. Die Transformation erfolgte gemäß den Technischen Leitlinien für die Interoperabilität von InVeKoS-Daten TG 2. Das System zur Identifizierung landwirtschaftlicher Parzellen (LPIS) nach Artikel 68 der Verordnung (EU) 2021/2116 wird auf Ebene der Referenzparzellen angewandt. (VO 2022/1172 Art. 2 Abs. 1). Eine Referenzparzelle bezeichnet eine geografisch abgegrenzte Fläche mit einer individuellen, im System zur Identifizierung landwirtschaftlicher Parzellen gemäß Artikel 68 der Verordnung (EU) 2021/2116 registrierten Identifizierungsnummer. (Feldblockident FBI). Eine Referenzparzelle umfasst eine Einheit einer Fläche, die der landwirtschaftlichen Fläche im Sinne von Artikel 4 Absatz 3 der Verordnung (EU) 2021/2115 entspricht (inklusive Landschaftselementen). Gegebenenfalls umfasst eine Referenzparzelle auch nichtlandwirtschaftliche Flächen, die von den Mitgliedstaaten für die Unterstützung für flächenbezogene Interventionen gemäß Artikel 65 Absätze 2 und 3 der Verordnung (EU) 2021/2116 als förderfähig angesehen werden. Die Daten werden dreimal pro Jahr aktualisiert.
