Dataset description

The name, registered office and tax number (name, address, tax identification number of the employer who is a natural person without a tax number) of taxpayers who have failed to comply with their reporting obligation in connection with the establishment of an employment relationship, in respect of whom a final and enforceable administrative or judicial decision has established that they have failed to comply with the above obligation; including the date of the decision establishing the infringement and the date on which it becomes enforceable.
