Price list construction works 2010

'The purpose of this bulletin is to define uniformly the services required for public construction works carried out in the Province of Bolzano. The relative prices have an average and informative character and as such must be considered in their use, they refer to the main supplies and services for construction works of medium consistency and difficulty, external accommodation and urbanization works. For abnormal cases (work in buildings where it is not possible to set up a construction site or use machines, or for work in places that are difficult to reach) it will be necessary to determine the prices of the work from time to time, according to the particular local difficulties. The prices refer to "normal" services with average market prices in the area of the valley floor in the area highlighted on the attached map. Outside this area, as well as in cases of particular difficulties of execution, prices may be adjusted upwards to the particular situation. The price list is divided into categories. The first category refers to the elementary prices of all listed works and includes labour, freight, transport and supply materials; Categories 2 to 18 relate to works carried out for individual building areas. The unit prices of the individual processes include all the costs of the construction site in compliance with current legislation, with regard to the costs of legal security. It should also be noted that, as indicated in the Circular of 29 August 2006 of the Province of Bolzano repartition 11 (ref. 11.5 7350), the costs of (general) legal security are already included in the fixed amount of 1% in each individual unit price as shown in the estimate. The tenderer must undertake to earmark these amounts for safety measures on the site. The prices also apply to those cases in which the contractor for certain services has to resort to other companies. The price survey for this edition was carried out between August and September 2009. Prices do not include VAT.
