La tavola riporta il numero di assunzioni di lavoratori, ripartiti per sesso, anno e specifica dei contratti di assunzione. - Per i periodi successivi vedere: Tavola Unione dei Comuni - Attivazioni. Le assunzioni considerate sono quelle con sede di lavoro nel territorio comunale; queste vengono comunicate obbligatoriamente ai Centri per l'Impiego dai datori di lavoro (pubblici e privati) di contratti di natura subordinata e parasubordinata. IL DATO SI INTENDE RIFERITO AL FLUSSO DELLE COMUNICAZIONI DI ASSUNZIONI ED UNA PERSONA PUO' AVERE PIU' AVVIAMENTI, CIO' DETERMINA UNA FORTE INCIDENZA DI GENERE TRA MASCHI E FEMMINE. Dal 1/1/2007 la L. n. 296/07 ha esteso l'obbligo di comunicazione preventiva di assunzione a tutti i datori di lavoro privati, agli enti pubblici ed alle PP.AA. per tutte le tipologie di contratto di lavoro subordinato, CO.CO.PRO., CO.CO.CO., associazioni in partecipazione, rapporti di socio-lavoratore in coop., tirocini formativi.
