Volumetric units

It is the elementary volume referring to a building. The term volumetric unit therefore indicates a built body whose top consists of a real flat surface, for example a flat roof, or from an ideal flat surface defining what can be considered the volume of the body built for the purpose of calculating, even if approximate, its volume. The share of this flat surface, real or ideal, is that portion of the eaves of the volumetric unit.
