Data can be downloaded freely from the open data FTP server of the Procurement Monitoring Bureau - ftp://open.iub.gov.lv. Data is available without authorization and is offered in machine-readable format (XML) via the most popular web browsers (Internet Explorer, Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera) or open source software FileZilla (https://filezilla-project.org/). Data is archived in *.tar.gz format archives once a day. Each archive contains all the notices published last day. Archives are grouped according to the following parameters: Year → month → day. Notification data contains information on procurers, procurements, decisions taken, contract amounts, winners and concluded contracts and amendments thereto, as well as other procurement-related information. The data shall contain only the information to be published in the notices and shall be available for the period from 1 January 2013.
