In accordance with the requirements of Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances, amending and subsequently repealing Council Directive 96/82/EC, and Cabinet Regulation No 131 of 1 March 2016 on procedures for the risk assessment of industrial accidents and risk reduction measures, the procedures for assessing the risk of industrial accidents and risk reduction measures are laid down for objects of increased risk, as well as those hazardous chemicals or mixtures thereof to which those provisions apply. In accordance with the requirements of Cabinet Regulation No 131 and Seveso III, objects of increased danger are determined according to the quantities of hazardous chemical substances and their mixtures to be stored at the site at the same time. INSPIRE displays all objects of increased danger that meet the requirements of Seveso III and Cabinet Regulation No 131.
