Dataset description

Anonymised user activity data of the production environment of the Latvija.gov.lv State portal, which are described using the following attributes: * _id - unique document identifier of the mongo database * ́userid' - user identifier (attribute anonymised) * 'sessionId': the attribute is computed using the following algorithm: all user activities occurring within a half-hour interval belong to one session. * ’timestamp’ — running time, UTC * 'organizationname' - user group, there are 3 user groups in total: * inhabitant * DelegatedPerson of jur.person or other natural person * legal entity representative (LegalPersonRepresentative) * 'subsystemname' - IS Operational Module, always 'LV_VRAA _prod _3' * 'task _name' is a user activity. The attribute contains only aggregated values, all unique identifiers for e-service instances etc. have been removed. * 'cluster' – all user sessions are clustered along similar lines: * ’clusterId’ – cluster identifier for the method * 'method', a method by which user session data was clustered. In total, the following clustering methods are used: for different dataset sizes (10 K, 100 K and full dataset 900 545 documents in total): - Sequence alignment for calculating the similarity of sessions in combination with the Agglomerative clustering method for clustering session data. - Calculating similarity based on Longest Common Subsequence and Jaccard index sessions in combination with Louvain / METIS methods for clustering session data. ### Datasets JSON Example { _id : ObjectId("671a5c9c132a9d36097873e5"), "userid" : "5EC8D4E020BBEE8D61551F84765B49B7246EA52C9A35CBB2F06EBD51F9A38AAA E9B80E2AB1F43F5C26CA1E56F774DE561235A31E4DCEDAEB723BEB551F0039A6", "sessionid" : NumberInt(1833661531), "timestamp" : ISODate("2023-02-01T09:10:31.152+0000"), "task _name" : "post-/j/collect", "subsystemname" : "LatviaLV_VRAA_prod_3", "organizationname" : "Inhabitant", "cluster" : [ { "method" : "clickstream-full-seq-metis7", "clusterid" : NumberInt(7) }, { "method" : "clickstream-full-seq-louvain", "clusterid" : NumberInt(6933) }, { "method" : "agglomerative-10k-seq-seq_alignment", "clusterid" : NumberInt(14) }, { "method" : "agglomerative-100k-seq-seq_alignment", "clusterid" : NumberInt(124) }, { "method" : "agglomerative-full-seq-seq_alignment", "clusterid" : NumberInt(12852) } ] } The production of cluster data has been carried out within the framework of a study, which has received funding from the EU Structural Funds research project "Information and Communication Technology Competence Centre", contract No. 5.1.1.2.i.0/1/22/A/CFLA/008, concluded between the IT Competence Centre and the Central Finance and Contracting Agency. The title of the study is "Construction of User Behaviour Models using Web Data Generalization Methods from User Sessions". The project is co-financed from the Reform and Investment Axis "Increasing Productivity by Increasing the Volume of Investment in R&D" Reform Programme "Innovation Management and Private R&D Investment

Questions before production use

Practical answers on evaluation, licensing, freshness, versioning and support.

Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
