Average transaction prices for apartments before the administrative territorial reform

In accordance with Article 70 of the Law on the State Cadastre of Real Estate, the State Land Service collects and analyses the market prices of real estate. The State Land Service regularly receives information on real estate purchase transactions from the State Unified Computerised Land Register and accumulates it in the Real Estate Market Database maintained by the Cadastre Information System. The files contain data on transactions with groups of residential premises, which have been registered in the Cadastre Information System in the composition of apartment properties. __According to the price differences in the real estate market for multi-apartment buildings built after 2000, separate apartment transactions __: 1) Buildings built before 2000; 2) Buildings built after 2000 or new project houses. __Average transaction prices are shown by different groups of territories __: 1) Apartments in buildings built before 2000 in Riga, Jurmala, other cities of the Republic, cities of the Pieriga region, cities of regional significance and small towns; 2) New project for apartments in Riga, Jurmala and Pierīga districts.
