Data of the State Land Service necessary for the preparation of the Land Report

The dataset has been compiled on the basis of paragraph 3.5 of Cabinet Regulation No 35 of 17 January 2017 on the procedure for compiling the information to be included in the __ Land Report (https://likumi.lv/ta/id/288233-land-view-included-information-preparation-card). The data have been selected in accordance with the conditions referred to in Paragraph 5 of the Annex to this Regulation, also taking into account the annotation of the draft Cabinet Regulation. __Data are broken down by the lowest level units of administrative areas__: * national city, * the state city of the county, * county city, * county parish or county (if the county is not divided into parishes). __'s total area of __ is determined by aggregating the areas of use of the respective land units. In determining the number of __'s assets, if a single asset includes units of land with both __'s agricultural __ and __'s forestry __'s land use purpose, the asset is allocated to the use target group in which its total area is larger. If the total area of agricultural and forestry land is the same, the property is allocated to the target group of agricultural use. If the land units of the property are located in different administrative territories, the property is attributed to the territory in which the total area of the land unit (or units) is the largest. When selecting data in accordance with paragraphs 5.5.1 and 5.6.1 of the Annex to these __ Regulations for __, only those cases where the real estate consists of __ only one land unit __ corresponding to the specific use target group are included.
