Functional areas and use targets for unbuilt land

The data set publishes data on land units intended for unbuilt construction in the functional zone specified in the local government spatial plan, the areas occupied by them, if the land unit is located in several functional zones. These data are available only in administrative territories where the Territorial Development Planning Information System (TAPIS) data are in vectorised form. In addition to all administrative territories, data on unbuilt building land for which a public interest purpose has been registered in the Cadastre Information System have been published. The resource contains data on land units on which the structure is not registered in the Cadastre Information System (except for the transformer building) and vectorised TAPIS data are available. A first data selection was prepared on 29 January 2025. The resource contains data on land units for which one of the registered use purposes in the Cadastre Information System is from the use purpose group ‘09. Land for the construction of objects of public interest’. The data selection has been prepared on 29 January 2025 and will not be renewed in the future. Data containing restricted access information (e.g. on objects relevant for national security and defence) are not available in the form of open data.
