Non-existent structures

The Service registers in the Cadastre Information System the sign "No building found in the locality in the cadastral survey", [in two cases] (https://likumi.lv/ta/id/247207#p152): * if the surveyor, when performing the cadastral survey of the land, finds that the structure registered in the Cadastre Information System does not exist in the area * if the cadastral survey specialist has prepared information on the absence of the building during the cadastral survey of the building. In order for the public to have access to up-to-date information on buildings that do not exist in the area, the State Land Service compiles data on buildings for which the sign "No building found in the area during the cadastral survey" has been registered in the Cadastre Information System on a quarterly basis (as of 1 February, 1 May, 1 August and 1 November of the current year) and publishes them on the Latvian Open Data Portal.
