Total cadastral values of buildings by administrative territory of Latvia

The data set contains official statistics on the total sum of cadastral values of __buildings__ registered in the Information System of the State Cadastre of Immovable Property by administrative territory of Latvia. * __Administrative territory__ - territorial division unit of Latvia in which a local government, within the scope of its competence, carries out administration. * __Land Unit__ - a demarcated land parcel, which has been granted a cadastre designation, has been registered in the Cadastre. * __Cadastral value __ - according to uniform principles of cadastral assessment on a certain date, according to the Cadastre data, the monetary value of the cadastral object has been determined. The cadastral value does not include the value of the forest stand. * __Total of cadastral values __ - sum of current cadastral values of land units registered in the cadastre by administrative territorial units.
