Pursuant to paragraph 32.2 of Cabinet Regulation No 378 of 17 May 2011 on the procedure for advertising medicinal products and the procedure under which a manufacturer of medicinal products is entitled to provide free samples of medicinal products to doctors (‘the Regulation’), holders of medicinal product registration or their authorised representatives or other persons who are advertisers or distributors of advertisements must submit to the Health Inspectorate once a year a notification of material or other support provided to associations, foundations and medical treatment institutions during the previous year.
