Pursuant to paragraph 32.2 of Cabinet Regulation No 378 of 17 May 2011 on the procedure for advertising medicinal products and the procedure by which a manufacturer of medicinal products is entitled to provide free samples of medicinal products to doctors (‘the Regulation’), holders of the registration of medicinal products or their authorised representatives, or other persons who are advertisers or distributors of advertising, must, once a year, submit a notification to the Health Inspectorate regarding material or other support provided to associations, foundations and medical treatment institutions in the previous year.
