Distribution of the number of adults with disabilities by disability group, term, age and gender

Selected information on adults with disabilities for whom a positive decision of the State Medical Commission for the Assessment of Health Condition and Working Ability (VDEĀVK) regarding a certain disability is in force during the reporting period. Statistical data are obtained from the Welfare Information System LabIS. The disability group of a person and the term of disability shall be determined during the reference period. A person may have several disability groups and disability terms during the reference period. The age of a person shall be determined at the end of the reference period or at the date of death of the person. The amounts displayed may not coincide with the number of unique persons. Year: the reference year for which the information is drawn up. Month: reference month for which the information has been compiled. Term of invalidity 0,5, 1, 2, 5 years and, for life, the unique number of adult persons entitled to the term of invalidity ‘0,5 years’, ‘1 year’, ‘2 years’ , ‘5 years’, ‘for life’, respectively.
