List and quantities of dangerous substances manufactured, imported, exported, distributed and used by legal persons

List of substances subject to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council 1272/2008 "On classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures" are classified as hazardous to human health, the environment or with a physical hazard. The list provides information for 2020. on hazardous chemicals produced, imported, exported, distributed and used by legal entities registered in Lithuania. The list includes hazardous substances for which information has been submitted to the Integrated Computer System for Environmental Information Management (IS AIVIKS) in accordance with Order D1-462 of the Minister of Environment “On Approval of the Description of the Procedure for Submission of Data and Information on Substances and Chemical Mixtures”. The list shall include the identity (name, CAS No), action (manufactured, exported, imported, distributed and consumed), tonnage (tonnes) and hazard statements of the substances manufactured, imported, exported, distributed and used. A list of hazard statements is also provided.
