Data on Kauno pillow tax returns

The package contains the data of the declarations of local tolls for the use of the public tourism and recreation infrastructure of Kaunas City Municipality. Declarations shall be submitted by natural and legal persons providing accommodation services in Kaunas City. The object of the kit is a declaration of one accommodation object. Data shall be provided from 2017 to the present day. The type (natural or legal) of the person submitting the declaration, his activities according to the economic activity classification (ECEC), the starting and closing dates of the declaration, the amount to be paid and the details of the nights granted shall be indicated. It should be noted that tolls are not calculated for children under 18 years of age and educational institutions when the premises are rented for educational purposes. Persons with disabilities whose capacity for work is set at 0-40%, as well as persons provided with medical rehabilitation services from compulsory health insurance funds shall also be exempt from the pillow tax.
