Catering data in pre-school and pre-primary education institutions of Vilnius City

The package publishes two types of reports – about meals carried out in pre-school and pre-primary education institutions in Vilnius and about food used for meals. Data shall be reported from September 2014 until now. The first report shall include data on catering services provided in the educational establishment by category of catering at the reference date. The reference day, educational establishment, type of catering and number of persons receiving meals shall be indicated. The second report publishes information on food consumed in food production. These data are published at irregular frequencies by the institutions and therefore one line identifies the situation with regard to food consumption since the last report. The educational institution which submitted the report, the declared product and the quantities consumed in food production shall be indicated.
