Cover-ups of the Fire and Rescue Department

The cover is designed for short-term (up to several hours) protection in the event of an air risk, against the threat of direct and indirect firing during military aggression (from indirect attacks from aircraft, rockets, artillery fire, from fragments, debris, blast shock waves, accidental bullets). Upon hearing the civil protection signal “Air danger,” residents are recommended to find the nearest shelter or ravine, ditch, underground pedestrian crossing, tunnel, basement and hide there as soon as possible. Shelters suitable for residential blocks of flats, public, leisure, entertainment, etc., or separately equipped underground car parks, garages, basements, technological, transport and pedestrian tunnels, sanitary household premises of enterprises, sports institutions (cloth, shower, basement, etc.), warehouses of non-combustible materials, etc. Contact the atverimas@stat.gov.lt for technical questions or possible errors.
