Customer service on local toll administration issues based on real estate object data

The system “KRATIS” used by UAB Klaipėda Region Waste Management Centre accumulates customer service charge data on administration issues. Data shall be collected in the system from 1 August 2008 and in the data set from 22 April 2013. The collection shall collect customer service data on local toll administration issues according to real estate (NT) objects. The dataset consists of: NT object identifier and purpose, date of referral, method, subject, validity with action, and external key to the 100 x 100 m geographic cell. NT object identifiers are pseudonymised to ensure confidentiality, as users of the “SHAKE” system may see non-pseudonymized identifiers of some objects used in this collection. For the same purpose, the values of the destination column for part of the records are hidden because the address is specified as the purpose of the NT object. Since NT objects can occupy several cells, for the sake of simplicity, the chambers farthest north-west have been selected so that the recordings of NT objects and cells can be combined on a one-to-one basis.
