Number of people vaccinated against human papillomavirus (HPV) by institution and age group

On the basis of this dataset, a publicly available “Human papillomavirus vaccination (HPV) monitoring” scoreboard is prepared: https://osp.stat.gov.lt/skiepai-from-zpv SET CONSISTS OF 1. Number of persons who signed up to THE ASS at the reference date * by age group and gender. 2. Number of individuals who have signed up to THE ASS and been vaccinated against HPV in one or two doses of vaccine before the reference date * by age group and gender. SOURCES 1. SVEIDRA – Compulsory Health Insurance Information System, Primary Health Care Acquisition Subsystem (PRAP). 2. ESPBI IS – Electronic Health Services and Cooperation Infrastructure Information System, E063 form of vaccination data. 3. Register of Legal Entities - Under the Jaris code, the names of existing SUB-HEADINGS are determined. 4. Population register means the periods of registration of a person's declared place of residence shall be used; persons who have been or have declared their place of residence in Lithuania for a period exceeding one year have been removed from the list of persons who have signed the ASPARAGUS. ANONYMISATION METHODS 1. The same municipalities SHALL be grouped together in the group “Others” if the number of persons joining them in the relevant age category is less than 10. 2. The data are based on relevant age categories: 11, 12, 13, 14, 15-17, over 18. The age is calculated on the basis of the person's age at the reference date. UPDATE PERIODICITY The data shall be updated on the first day of each month from 2021. * The reporting date is the last day of each month.
