Price indices for building cost elements (2015: 100)

The package provides data on the price index (SSKI) of elements of construction costs for different periods. THE purpose of the SSKI calculation is to determine the general change in prices of the main building cost elements of the new construction during the month period. SSKI is needed to calculate various indicators at constant prices, analyse economic development, and assess construction inflationary processes. The total price indices and price changes of SSKI and individual elements of construction costs shall be calculated. Statistical observation unit: Statistical unit by type of activity. Statistical survey total: The statistical survey covers construction enterprises operating in all forms of ownership, the volume of new construction works in the total volume of construction works carried out on their own merits being at least 50% in terms of value.
